  • Maintain a history of all maintenance and repair activities for each equipment. Highlight spare parts with increased rates of failure. Establish causes and deliver recommendations.
  • Schedule maintenance activities with sufficient lead-time. Prepare all the necessary tools, materials and consumables. Make sure that your consumables stock can cover your requirements. Always use OEM recommended lubricants.
